Certifications and experience

We are certified according to the norms EN9100:2018, IATF16949:2016, ISO14001:2015, CQI-9 and AD2000 Merkblatt WO.

We have developed projects in the fabrication of parts for extraction and endoscopy, for chirurgic pieces as well as knee protheses and hospital equipment.

The versatility of the different technologies we have to offer (investment casting, MIM, additive manufacturing and machining) permits us to select the suitable technology for each project.

More than 50 years of experience in the fabrication of aluminium pieces makes us the perfect partner for every client in the health sector.

New materials

In 2015 a new alloy MIM CrCo was developed for the fabrication of prothesis through MIM in collaboration with the CDTI (Centro de Desarrollo Tecnológico Industrial, based in Madrid).

Additive manufacturing

Through additive manufacturing we can offer the possibility of rapid prototyping, short series and fabrication of tailored pieces. Internally or sub-contracted by leading companies, we work with different technologies: Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) and binder jetting.
